A Glorious Achievement of Bangladesh

Bangladesh has broken previous world record creating the largest ‘human flag’ with its red-and-green by the participation of more than 27,000 people on the 42nd Victory day . The ‘human flag’ has been recorded as the world’s largest national flag. The Guinness World 

Records website officially posted the news as record on 4 January. 

Private mobile operator Robi Axiata Limited with the help of Bangladesh Army created the human flag on Dec 16 at at National Parade Grounds in the capital Dhaka. 

The Guinness Records auditors were present to oversee the attempt of making red, green human flag. Among the participants were army personnel who held up the red centre while students made up the green rectangle. 

The previous record was set by 24,200 youths in Pakistan, a country with which Bangladesh fought a sanguinary nine-month war of liberation to gain independence in 1971. 

Really, it is a glorious achievement of Bangladesh and delightful for the people of the country very much.
